A new movie entitled The Pink Panther was released in thearters yesterday (2-10-06). The movie features Steve Martin as Inspector Jacques Clouseau. (If you have ever seen the older version of this movie Peter Sellers is the actor who plays Clouseau.) He works to try and find a murderer and what became of the famous "Pink Panther Diamond" that had been stolen during the owner's murder. His famous line in the movie is..."This is nice weather we are having today. I hope it continues". If you watch the movie you will know when and why he says it!! Clouseau is a klutz and happens to find clues when he or anyone else expect him to. He is just stupid and hilarious mixed into one. If you have seen the trailer to this movie you will happen upon a part where he is trying to speak with an American accent. His tutor is trying to teach him how to say, "I would like to buy a hamburger" properly. He cannot say the word hamburger! His first try is something like damnburger. If you want to watch the trailer click here. This was a very funny movie, and Steve Martin was excellent. Anyway, didn't really mean to give a review, but I didn't know what to say as not to spoil it for those who haven't seen it yet!
